This training event is brought to you by Dorset Carers Hub and The Leonardo Trust – 10.30am to 12.30pm.

The Speak Up online workshop facilitated by Not a Care in the World resilience training for carers will explore communication skills and how to have more influence in fighting for what you need for your loved one. Based on key principals of Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), the workshop will cover:
• Building rapport with professionals
• Assertiveness and how to say no
• Active listening skills and speaking with passion.

This workshop will compliment and build on the Know your Rights workshop.
