Physical Intelligence Training

Tuesday 12 October 10-11am.

This 1-hour session is a fun introduction to the world of Physical Intelligence where we can start to gain the ability to detect and actively manage the balance of key chemicals in our bodies so that we can achieve more, stress less, and live and work more happily.

We recommend you complete are Emotional Resilience training first to get the most out of this session.
