Digital Hope for Carers

This is a free 6 week online course specifically for Carers in the South West. You can meet others in the same situation, learn how to cope better, feel more in control and be more resilient.
This is run by the NHS and Hope For The Community CIC. You can access the course on desktop, tablet or smartphone. The course can be completed at your own pace, with support from trained facilitators and the option to chat with other Carers online.
