Who is eligible for support?
Any unpaid carer over the age of 18 is eligible for this service. If you are a young person under 18 looking for financial help, you can contact us on admin@carersupportdorset.co.uk, or call us on 0800 368 8349.
Do I need to register?
You do not need to be registered with us to receive initial help from our Carer Money Matters Team. It is however highly encouraged that you register with us so that you have access to all our resources and support.
Is the service free?
Yes! The service is 100% free of charge!

Can I access support online or in-person?
You can do either! If you would like to come and see us in person pop in to one of our Financial Wellness Hubs! We have them all over the county with more planned in the future! If you would like to check out all the important details of our wellness hubs click here.
If you don’t have the time to come out and see us in person we completely understand! We are more than happy to offer the same help and support over the phone or via email.
